She worked closely with the medical nutrition therapy team at top hospitals (Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Medanta-The Medicity, and many others) to establish and evaluate medical nutrition therapies. She believes in healthy weight management and weight loss without dieting, as long as the results are steady and easy to maintain. She has worked in the dietary management of acute and chronic disorders for seven years.
